How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your customer profile or by sending us an email request.
No penalties and no questions asked.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel anytime.
Can I choose a custom delivery frequency?
Yes. If the offered delivery frequencies don’t fit your needs, you can request a custom schedule.
Just send us an email at hello@forceskincare.com and tell us your preferred timing. We’ll manually adjust your subscription for you.

How do I access my customer profile?
Go to our homepage:
1. Click the Log in icon
On desktop:
The Log in icon is in the upper right corner, in the menu bar, between the search icon and the cart icon.
On mobile:
Open the menu in the bottom left corner and tap Log in.
2. Enter the email used for your purchase
3. You will receive a 6-digit code by email
4. Enter the code to access your profile and manage your subscription
