How long does delivery take?

Delivery times shown in the table and at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including high-demand periods, courier delays, strikes or unforeseen circumstances. Once an order has been dispatched, force. skincare cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Which courier do you use for deliveries?

We ship all orders with FedEx, a trusted premium courier, to ensure fast, reliable and secure delivery across the EU. You’ll receive full tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

When will my order be shipped?

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming that your purchase has been successfully registered in our system.

Processing time:
Orders placed Monday to Friday are typically packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48 hours.

During high-demand periods (such as launches, promotions or seasonal peaks), processing may take slightly longer but we always work hard to ship your order as fast as possible.

As soon as your order is prepared and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

What if I entered the wrong shipping information?

Please make sure all shipping details entered at checkout are complete and accurate.

Force. skincare cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information (such as wrong address, missing phone number, name etc.).

Orders affected by incorrect details may experience delays or failed delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it enters our automated fulfillment system and cannot be changed or cancelled (address, items, etc.).

Returns Policy

Can I return my order?

We want you to love your force. purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, you can return eligible items within 15 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as received
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please note: Gift cards are non-refundable.

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at hello@forceskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You can return the item using your preferred courier service or local post office.

Please note: returns sent with unpaid postage will not be accepted.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but refunds are usually completed within a few business days after approval.
